who is sanji ?

When husband/pal/
fixologist extrordinaire,
Jim Itter and I
set up our first email
address we combined
our names
(sandy & jim) and
arrived
at “sanji”.
That was (or seems)
eons ago when sharing
one inbox did not seem
at all unusual.
Jim's mail has since
spilled over to“captain”
and I continue to
answer to “sanji”
which has
demonstrated its
versatility over
and over...

Though we do love to
cook we are not in any
way affiliated with
Sanji the chef
of the Japanese magna
Straw Hat Pirates).
We and our fourlegged
partners (Pearl &
Buddy) are simply each
both captain and crew
of our individual
boats traveling
downstream
enjoying the magical,
resourceful blending
of our
complementary
passions and quirks.
